As the owners of StarGaze Vacations and Tech For Travel Agents, we have spent years helping travelers create unforgettable experiences while also helping travel advisors build stronger businesses. With her certifications in Group, All-Inclusive, and Family Travel, she crafts video tutorials, user guides, and certification courses to help advisors master our platform. Wanda ensures new users gain confidence and succeed quickly. Her expert guidance empowers advisors to use every feature with ease.

Vibe Coder Platform Lead

We’re searching for a talented vibe coder to lead platform development for Travel Office Suite Pro. This volunteer will conduct vibe coding to improve and maintain the platform, enhance the Travel Advisor interface, optimize platform functionality, and improve client-facing portal experiences. Success in this role is measured by documented design improvements and functionality enhancements with measurable performance metrics. You’ll also be responsible for resolving platform trouble tickets, ensuring advisors and their clients always have a smooth, reliable experience. If you’re passionate about building intuitive tools and turning creative energy into production-ready code, this role was made for you.

Courtney Fontenot, founder of Breezy Travel & Destinations, serves as our Workshop Program Manager, bringing her depth of expertise to Travel Office Suite Pro. As an Accredited Cruise Counselor through CLIA and an ASTA board member in Greater New Orleans, she’s immersed in industry leadership. Courtney ensures our workshops deliver top-tier, actionable training for travel advisors. With her guiding the event, advisors leave equipped with the skills and insights needed to thrive. Her professionalism elevates every learning experience, ensuring our platform is built by—and for—travel pros.

We’re seeking a creative marketing mind to drive awareness and growth for Travel Office Suite Pro. This volunteer will develop and execute digital marketing strategies, craft compelling social media content, design email campaigns, explore creative partnerships, and help tell the TOSP story to the travel advisor community. If you’re passionate about branding, storytelling, and helping a mission-driven platform reach the advisors who need it most, we’d love to hear from you.
